Safe for Community: Recognising and Responding to Family Violence

 

Overview

Target audience: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workers and non-Indigenous workers in the community sector working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people affected by family violence and trauma

Course summary: This three day workshop is designed as an introductory program and uses a holistic, healing and strength based approach to preventing and responding to family violence and trauma. The workshop also aims to give participants the skills to:
